1. Check Eligibility
Before initiating a return, please ensure that your item(s) meet our return eligibility criteria. This includes ensuring that the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. MORE INFORMATION IN OUR RETURN POLICY.

2. Initiate Return
To initiate a return, login with your account, navigate to your order and click on the 'request return' button. In case you experience any issues or need support, write an email to customerservice@pluginamsterdam.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER AND THE ITEMS TO RETURN.

WE WILL SEND YOU A CONFIRMATION EMAIL and the link to the SHIPPING LABEL for the return shipment.

3. Package Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) you are returning, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. Include any original packaging, tags, and documentation that came with the product.

4. Ship Your Return
Drop off your return package at the designated drop-off point or schedule a pickup with the selected courier.

5. Refund
Once we receive your return, please allow 14 working days for our team to process your return and issue any applicable refunds or exchanges. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

IN CASE YOU ARE NOT completely satisfied with your items, they can be returned and refunded within 14 days after the order's delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE:
- RETURNED PRODUCTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN CASE THEY ARE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE
- PLUGIN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNED CLOTHING IN CASE IT DOES NOT MEET THE CRITERIA DESCIBED IN THE RETURN POLICY
- THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THE SHIPMENT COSTS OF A RETURN
