Where can i Find the size guide?

The size guide of each item can be found on the product page under production description.

A product is sold out. Will you re-stock?

It varies per collection. In case we re-stock an item, it will be announced via our socials and newsletter. You can also click on 'Notify Me' to automatically receive an email once the item is being restocked.

What payment options do you have?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

It depends on whether you are located in the Netherlands or abroad. In the netherlands it usually takes between 2-5 working days. For more information refer to our 'Ship to' page.

What is the status of my order?

Login with your account to see the status of your order. In case there are any important updates you will receive an email.

Can I cancel my order?

Login with your account to cancel your order. In case your order has already been shipped you can send an email to customerservice@pluginamsterdam.com and follow the return process.

I received the wrong items. What shall I do?

Please follow the standard return process which is described on the return page.

We will ship the correct item or in case the item is out of stock we will do a refund.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED AND REFUNDED WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER'S DELIVERY DATE.
